Pet Hangout provides a 100% GUARANTEE to you that we will BEAT (not match) any competitor’s price by 10%!

In order to claim your PRICE BEAT, you must do the following:

• Submit to us using the "Contact Us" form and provide the following in the "Enquiry" section:
  • Your Pet Hangout Order #
  • The item's URL of where you found it cheaper

PLEASE NOTE:  

• The date of your request must be within 5 days of your Pet Hangout order date.   Requests made after the 5 day range will not be honored.
• If you do not supply all information (as stated above) on the "Contact Us" form, the request will not be honored.
• The items  must be exact for the request to be considered.   Meaning exact color, size, qty, etc.
• A credit will be issued back to you for the Price Beat amount.
• The competitor's price must be active when you submit your request.   No past or future sales will be considered.

Pet Hangout reserves the right to change our Price Beat guarantee at any time and for any reason.
