PetHangout Return Policy

We will issue you a refund via a store credit if:

• Your merchandise is returned and received within 30 days from the date of purchase
• Your merchandise is in its original condition and packaging with tags still attached
• Your merchandise must be totally free from pet hair, stain, and odor
• You have included your return authorization number (you must contact us first to get this)
• Your merchandise IS NOT a final sale item

Please contact us at contactus@pethangout.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 30 days, all sales are final.

 We are sorry, but we cannot provide store credits for:

• Returns over 30 days
• Final sale products
• Returns not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number placed on the outside of the box
• Items not in their original condition or packaging with tags attached
• The shipping/handling charges for the original order or for the item(s) returned back to PetHangout

PetHangout asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

Please note: Items returned without a return authorization number, past 30 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

• We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
• Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to PetHangout and the original return policy will be applied.
• All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO STORE CREDITS
• Please allow 7 - 10 days processing time in order to receive your store credit
